I stumbled upon horizon by chance when I was looking for a company that could provide quality products with realistic lead times, I havent gone anywhere else since then. Quality company great informative staff who are always quick to sort any issues that may arise. I would highly recommend this company and will continue to recommend them to any one I speak to

Windows for the whole house replaced and new bifold doors. Service was great and the products have been excellent so far. The fitter was also very polite and tidy.

Can’t praise this local company enough. We had a broken bi fold hinge which needed immediate attention and they came out quickly and sorted it temporarily so we could use the main part of the door. Once the new hinge arrived they fitted it asap and advised re upkeep of doors going forward. Both Rob and Josh were great to deal with and they were so reasonably priced for the work. Highly recommended and will definitely use again.

The quality of the doors and windows we purchased were second to none, especially for the price. Delighted with our new windows from Horizon. Fair, clearly priced quote with no pushy sales, great communication throughout, and they turned up exactly when they said they would. The quality of the fit and finish is brilliant, and they left everything spotless at the end of each day. Couldn’t fault them. Highly recommend. Five stars.

Ordered bi-folds as well as a number of windows as part of a house extension and was extremely pleased with the results. Great quality and had lots of options to customise as part of the purchase process. The website was intuitive and after comparing prices at a few different places, I can confirm they were very reasonably priced. Would certainly use again.

From start to finish Josh and the team were so very helpful guiding me through the online ordering process, answering questions that I thought were stupid! It felt like dealing with a showroom not a website. They kept in touch with delivery dates and followed up a week later. Great service (very rare these days) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. My doors went in today and the builders said they were easy to install and good quality. I am delighted with them. They look incredible. I will post pictures when they are complete. Amazing value for a bespoke door. 5 stars all round

We recently had our windows replaced by Horizon Windows and Doors and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The team talked us through the options clearly without any pressure, which we really appreciated.
