- Estimated delivery time is 2-3 working weeks.
- Our delivery times are Monday to Friday 7am – 7pm. Our driver will contact you at least 1 hour prior to arrival on the day of delivery.
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive email confirmation containing a week commencing date for delivery.
- You will be notified by email once your order has gone into manufacturing.
- On Wednesday of the week before delivery, you will receive an email and telephone call to confirm the exact delivery date.
- Should you request to delay the delivery of your order after it has been confirmed on Wednesday of the week before, this will incur a £5 per day, per door storage fee.
- We operate a one-man delivery service therefore, the driver will require assistance offloading from the van. It would be greatly appreciated if you could ensure a clear space has been made for ease of access on the day of delivery as your Bifold & Sliding Patio doors will be delivered fully assembled unless they are over 4.9metres wide or over 2.3m high or if flatpack has been requested.
