At Horizon Windows and Doors, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Inspection Upon Delivery
All items must be inspected within 24 hours of delivery for any damage, defects, or discrepancies. If any issues are found, Horizon Windows and Doors must be notified within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Failure to report damages or defects within this timeframe may result in the item not being eligible for replacement, repair, or refund.
Please inspect all products carefully before signing any delivery confirmation or proceeding with installation.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be returned in its original packaging.
Please note that custom-made, special order, or bespoke window and door products are non-refundable once manufacturing has begun, as these items are made to your specific measurements and design requirements.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company – refunds may take time to post.
Contact your bank – processing times can vary.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
