Next to each configuration diagram, you will see a number that indicates its opening options (e.g. 4-3-1).
The first number refers to how many door sashes are included within the set.
The second number indicates how many of those doors open to the left, with the final number representing the doors that open to the right.
The doors that feature traffic handles (standard door handles) are master doors which provide both internal and external access.
The most important measurement to focus on is the precise size of your structural opening.
For optimal fit, the opening should be 5mm larger on each side than the size of the bifold door you are ordering. For instance, if you choose a door measuring 2100mm (height) by 4000mm (width), the structural opening should be 2110mm (height) by 4010mm (width) to ensure a proper installation.
This small adjustment ensures that the doors can be installed easily and securely.
Please note, we do not offer fully flush-fitting doors (flush on both sides) because they do not meet weather performance standards. The final finish will depend on the builder’s specifications, but generally, the interior side can be flush, while the exterior must allow for proper water drainage. Builders may install a drainage system, but it is essential that there is a slight step between the inside and outside to prevent water buildup.
The estimated lead time for this product is between 2 to 3 working weeks. Please ensure that labor is available on-site to accept and offload the glass upon delivery.
Please note that flat pack delivery incurs an additional cost. If this option is required, please contact our team directly for a price quote and do not place the order through the website. A separate payment invoice will be issued.
An initial delivery week will be provided once production begins, helping us maintain an efficient lead time. As the delivery week approaches, we will send a further confirmation, including the specific delivery days. We strongly recommend that you do not alter the delivery date, as deliveries are coordinated via third-party transport. Once the order is placed and production begins, changes cannot be made.
We advise against scheduling equipment or installation before the item has been delivered.
